Everyday many New web proxy born. This is not only because the demand of website proxy usages (seem to be a little slightly "UP") but the main reason is because yesterday working one not work today due to it was blocked by your ISP or content provider.
although proxy is mostly legal unlike SPAM but when that Domains,were used for proxy. and blocked or added as blacklist. Proxy owner (or anyone who want to use that domain name) will can't full access to his/her website again. I think this will have a Huge affect to Domain name industry someday.
